Architectural photography covers a such a wide range of subjects. I try to approach the genre from the "fine art" point of view. My tendency is to avoid the typical front on shot of a famous place. Everyone knows what it looks like (or it wouldn't be famous). I try to isolate pieces, go for unusual or extreme angles and close ups or try to incorporate other points of interest in the capture. Sometimes it is not possible, but I do try.
