Buchart Redwood
Visiting Buchart Gardens in Vancover, British Columbia, I came across this California Redwood planted many years ago, but still a "baby" by comparison to the giants of the Redwood Forest in California. Its majesty is unmistakable. I got up close to the trunk and took this shot straight up through the branches. Processed in Lightroom and converted to B/W in Silver Effects.
