Oscar Lopez Rivera is a Puerto Rican nationalist and one of the leaders of FALN. There is a lot of controversey on both sides of the argument for his release from prison. I took this picture at the Puerto Rican Day parade in New York City in 2014. I liked the image for what it was but thought I ought to at least find out something about the man these people thought enough to represent.
