St. Patrick's Glow
St. Patrick's cathedral is located in New York City on 5th Avenue between 50th 51st Street. Everyone is familliar with its world famous front entrance but fewer know what it looks like from the rear view on Madison Avenue. This image was taken on a late afternoon with the setting sun "illuminating" the copper clad roof of the "Lady Chapel" set against the modern architecture of the city. While the color image was quite nice I thought the black white was more representative of the feeling.
