DU_I-275 & 22ndSt_So_2

I found two guys working beneath the underpass of Interstate 275 on 22nd Street South in St. Petersburg, Florida. They were laying down this wonderful art in the most improbable place. I spoke to them for a while and gave them one of my cards. They hadn't tagged the work yet and didn't have a card. I told them what I did and asked one of them to email me when they had a chance. If anyone can identify this work and get back to me I would like to give credit where it is due.
